This policy explains how RDW, LLC ("RDW", "we", "us"), a Cluer Holdings company, handles information in our apps, games and websites (together, our "products").

What we collect
We collect as little as we can. Depending on the product, this may include:
- Information you give us. For example, your email address if you contact us or sign up for updates, and anything you include in a support message.
- Account information. If a product has accounts: a username, email address and the settings you choose.
- Game and app data. Progress, saves, scores, purchases and settings needed to run the product.
- Basic technical information. Device type, operating system, app version and language, only as needed for the product to work.
- Purchase information. If you buy something in a product, the app store (Apple, Google, Steam, itch.io or Roblox) processes the payment. We receive a record of the purchase, not your card details.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To run, maintain and improve our products.
- To provide support and answer messages.
- To keep products secure and prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host our products and data, under contracts that limit how they can use it.
- Platforms our products run on (Apple, Google, Valve/Steam, itch.io, Roblox, Microsoft/Mojang), which handle downloads, accounts and payments under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Advertising and tracking
Our products do not show ads, do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email operations@therdw.com and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing operations@therdw.com.
- If a product has accounts, you can delete your account by emailing operations@therdw.com.
- You can turn off optional permissions (like notifications) in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have more rights. Email us and we will respond as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the product or on this page.
